Fermo is a family-run company owned by Alejandro Pulido. He’s on site running every job, and the same crew sees it through from the first day to the last.
Our team does the digging, the forms, the rebar, the pour and the paving. When you call us, you talk to the people who will build your job.
We hold a Class A General Engineering license and a C-8 Concrete license, and we work for homeowners, contractors, developers and cities.

Section A–A · typical street Sta 0+00
We clear the site, dig it down to the right level and pack the soil hard so nothing settles later.
We dig trenches, lay the water, sewer and storm drain pipe, then fill the trenches back in and pack them down.

We spread and pack a gravel base, lay the asphalt and roll it smooth. Then the street is ready to drive on.
